    Dropbox open slow, Camera Upload folder even slower. Indexing problem?

    So I am noticing that when I open my dropbox folder from the taskbar it takes about five seconds of processing before it opens. Changing to thumbnail view in the camera uploads folder can also take a really long time. I have a Lenovo Y580 with the silly rapid drive tying the SSD and HDD together (I will install a larger SSD and disable this, just not yet)--is that responsible for the poor response time or is there some other reason for this? Thanks for any ideas!

    Sounds like a dropbox specific issue that I've read about before. Even on systems which are fully SSD based.

    If you're brave: try the latest beta.

    Oh! And I just noticed that there is a new stable build 2.4 - see if that helps the issues you're having.
