This week I was carrying my laptop with a bag and the strap gave in and my notebook was dropped within a feet above the ground. (fujitsu n6010 is really heavy)

Everything works fine, except sometimes the computer freezes for a tiny moment every few seconds when theres any animated gifs on internet. also when im playing a computer game, it tends to get really unplayable sometimes, usually during the later minutes into it. online video sites also do this sometimes (like youtube). it suffers from the same freezing intervals. it has never done this before.

i'm suspecting that something is wrong with my graphics card.

how did the fall affect my laptop? im debating whether to fix my computer by sending it to fujitsu.. but it may vary from $250 to $500. any other ways to fix my laptop?

Well, the heat-pipes might have been damaged so the GPU would be throttling.
But it might be something more serious.
I think sending the laptop to Fujitsu is a better idea.

well, you might want to check out the individual parts, like the ram and hd. it could be one of those that are malfunctioning and you can just do the replacement yourself for much less, if one of these things are defective.

for ram, first make sure that the ram is properly seated. if it is, you can run memtest86. i would suggest running it overnight and check for errors.

for hd, go to your hd manufacturer's website (most likely fujitsu :p), and download their hd testing utility.
