I have an SSD Boot Drive for Windows 7 in my current laptop (Spec in my signature.) What I was wondering is if there is a method in which you can save applications dynamically or at least move applications from the HDD to the SSD.
i.e.: commonly used FRAPS on the SSD but less frequently used MS Office on the HDD.
This is to reduce write wear out (which is becoming nearly a superstition) and to save space on the SSD for important data and applications.d

are you talking about choosing where to install new programs?

I want to be able to choose or move my programs to either drive C: the smaller OS boot drive, or drive D: the larger storage HDD. If this is possible.

It depends on the software, some you can just drag and drop. Other you will need to do a re install or registry edits.
But my advice is to keep most software on SSD unless you are really out of space, at least I have not heard/read any NBR kill the SSD under normal use.
