Hey, I wasnt' sure where this thread should go, but when i try to change my startups with msconfig, I recently get

"An Access Denied error was returned while attempting to change a service. You may need to log on using and

Administrator account to make the specified changes."

I am the only one on this computer. Recently i have followed the guide

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=5787

and disabled a lot of the services with services.msc that the site ( http://smallvoid.com/tweak/winnt/services.html)on there tells me to disable. does any of those services that the guide told me to disable have to do with this problem? Or does this have nothing to do with this at all. Thanks!
