    You mean combined SATA + USB?

    There is 4xUSB Express card (have one of those), but not sure you will find combined one.

    you dont need USB + SATA express card .. you already have USB ports (I bet). Besides, there's only one card like that and it doesnt get very good reviews. What you need is a good SATA express card, which BTW is not so easy to find.

    after my extensive research on the subject - what you want is card that futures 2xSATA ports and uses the Sil3132 chipset. Preferably get a 54mm model as those will sit secure in the slot, unlike the smaller cards that tend to disconnect when moved. Use those only if you have the small express card slot.
