I can't seem to get any device to connect via bluetooth, can someone help me?

More details and a few of the steps you've taken would be helpful.
Like O/S, devices tried, etc. -
I have Windows 7. I've used my bluetooth speaker, headphones, and phone but none of them connect. I contacted Eurocom and they sent me a driver, which took care of an unknown device in my device manager. That's basically all that I've done so far.

What network adapter+BT you have in there: Is it the Killer N1525AC+BT combo or the IntelAC-7265+BT combo? (open device manager, extend "network adapters" and please tell us whether it says Killer or Intel as one of the devices or look at your eurocom order confirmation spec list to be sure).

It is the N1525AC+BT. In device manager, it only lists the Killer adapter as a wireless network adapter, would that make a difference? I know I ordered the laptop with bluetooth.

Starlight5 Yes, I'm a cat. What else is there to say, really?
mikeike, pardon my insolence, but did you turn Bluetooth on in Windows?
-
Starlight5, as far as I know it's on. Bluetooth Devices shows up in the task bar. And correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there's an extra thing for me to hit with the M5 Pro on Windows 7. I know the manual mentions having something different for Windows 8 but it makes no mention about Windows 7.

Hi. I asked my prior question because there are different network card+BT combos that can come with this system and they require different drivers. Try installing THESE ("K1525 Windows 7 Bluetooth Windows 7"), see if it helps.
In fact, let's first clean everything up to make doubly sure. You might want to uninstall anything BT related that might be on your system first like so:
1) Go to "Programs and Features" then uninstall anything that says "Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth Suite" or any thing that clearly appears to be "bluetooth" related (use top-right search function if needed). Restart if prompted. If there's nothing BT related to uninstall, don't worry about it.
2) Then go to device manager, expand "Bluetooth Radios," right click any device within "Bluetooth Radios" and uninstall. After this definitely restart.
3) When you boot back to your desktop from restart, Windows should automatically load up generic BT drivers. Let that be to completion.
4) Now run and install that file I linked above. Maybe it'll help.
