    Hello,

I have an HP tx2000z tablet PC. One of my buddies has the HP tx1000 tablet. I was looking at his and saw that on both computers, the keyboards are (to my eyes) exactly the same except that his keys are black and mine are a polished silver. I like his keys, the black, way more than the silver and I was wondering if 1. The keyboards are the same and 2. I saw the black keys set online and can I purchase those, pop off the silver keys and just replace them with the black keys?

    Will this work?

    Thanks,

I don't know if the keyboards are the exact same, but they're probably compatible with each other.

If you really want a silver keyboard, I see a bunch of silver keyboards advertised for the tx2000 that you could always purchase and swap out. :D
