    Hi,

I just want to let you know about the poor experience I got when ordering an exchange battery from 365battery.com

I use an Iphone at work and we have external battery packs to make it through the day without having to charge the phone. I lost my battery pack so I looked for a replacement because I have to give it back to the IT dept when I leave. So I found the exact same unit on 365battery.com for about 22$ which is nice. I'm in Switzerland and shipping took over 3 weeks as they send from HongKong but this was expected. However when I got the package I discovered they didn't send the item I ordered. The item I got works OK but it doesn't have the functionality I was looking for and above all it's not a unit I can give back to my IT dept when I leave since it is not the same item. OK shipping errors can occur so I kindly wrote to the customer service at 365battery.com to ask why I got that unit. They said the one I ordered was out of stock so they shipped another unit, without asking me first... Not very nice but OK again it can happen. So I asked if they could ship the other unit when it become back in stock and ask for returning the item I got. Impossible of course because shipping back to HK is unaffordable and they charge 15$ restocking fees...for an item that costs 22$, not worth. Then they told me they would contact me soon to let me know the stock status for the item I ordered. Waiting waiting...and nothing! Last thing: they allow customers to post reviews on their webstite about their products. I posted a comment saying that the advertised item was out of stock and that they item I got did not correspond to what was written on their website. My comment stayed 2 days for moderation review and then was deleted...and the out of stock item remains advertised on their website!

OK I won't make a story for a 22$ item but their service is just poor. This website also sell notebook batteries and I would not recommend you buying such a battery from them. You don't know what they will ship to you and returns fees are just prohibitive. So my advice: if you need to replace your laptop battery, do not get it from 365battery.com.
