Is there any product out there that can be inserted into the ExpressCard slot that would cool down the laptop? I was just thinking about it today and thought that maybe it would be a good idea to install some sort of device in there with some Arctic Silver or something that would help keep the laptop cool. I know most people don't use this slot. My computer came with a remote in the slot but I took it out and just have the slot empty which lets more air in and keeps the HDD cooler (my HDD is right under my ExpressCard). Would some sort of Dummy Card filled with Arctic Silver be a good invention?
    Any tips/ideas?

    Thanks

The purpose of Arctic Silver is to conduct heat, and pass it along to a copper heat pipe which is connected to a fan that dissipates heat. A card "filled with Arctic Silver" would only get hot, and really not do much. Also, the ExpressCard region of most laptops is not very hot anyways, so it would not help.
