My 8 GB Lexar Expresscard (used for readyboost) loses space after a while (that is to say, it'll start registering less and less storage space...from 7.7 GB to 7.4 GB to 7.2 GB...eventually sometimes hitting 0 GB where I would need to reformat to regain the space). Does anyone know why this is?

I'm using a Lenovo T60P with Vista Business.

Thanks for the help, hope to remedy this once and for all.

Well if it's used for Readyboost then it should be shrinking. But it should only take up to 4Gigs.

    It's a little strange.

It's not just the readyboost file itself (although that does shrink too) it's the entire capacity of the Expresscard itself. When I click on properties, it'll show 0 bytes of capacity and my files will be missing.
