Can you guys recommend me some external USB DVD Drives that are powered through the USB port?
Low cost is better. I tried searching on Newegg, but most of the models require external power and they don't list which ones don't.

LG GSA E50L is a good USB powered DVD burner.
Available at Newegg too: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...Drives+-+External-_-LG+Electronics-_-27136136

Yes, the LG GSA-E50L (with Lightscribe) or the slightly cheaper E50N (no Lightscribe) work fine on USB power. It even worked OK with the Zepto Notus which is a very low-powered notebook. I bought one in order to get the burner (a standard unit) as a Lightscribe unit for my notebook.
Another possibility is the Samsung SE-T084L which is a Lightscribe-enabled slot-loader. However, a feature which isn't given prominence is that it runs at half speed on USB power and full speed only when the supplied (very small) mains PSU is connected.
