    Whats a good external drive for the HP DM3? looking to pay maybe 150-200 max

    Seems like your notebook only has USB ports instead of an eSata port so a Vantec USB 2.5" Enclosure with a HD of your choice (my choice: WD Scorpio Blue 640GB) and you're in business!

    Will take you 5-10 minutes with the right screwdriver to install the bare drive inside and start using it.

    Edit: About $125 total and you have full HD warranty offered by WD not the typical one year that a 'pre-built' or 'brand' unit offers.
