    Hey everyone!

    I'm looking to buy an external HD for my multitude of movies and older games, an I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions. Ideally, I would like at least 500gb, usb 2.0, usb 3.0 and esata compatability. I havent been able to find anything with all three as of yet. I'll probably play some games off of it, so i need usb 3.0/esata, and I would like to use it for my 360 as well, so I need 2.0

    USB 3.0 automatically gives you USB 2.0; it's backwards compatible, so all you're looking for is USB 3.0/eSATA.

    i to wanted to buy an external drive for movies etc. I relized that 500GB is not enough space i would suggest a 1 TB or 2 TB drive for HD movies.

    i suggest u get either a USB3.0/e-SATA drive... depending on which connection your laptop has... i agree.. better have 1TB at least... gets formatted to 930GB so u loose quite a lot of space also on 500GB...
