Lack of power to HDD it seems.DID you try another port?

Tsunade_Hime such bacon. wow
Does it install the enclosure USB driver?

HDD spins at 5400 RPM
The hard drive enclosure works on other computers (w/o drivers) and it does not include any drivers nor can I find any drivers for it -

First, try all the USB ports your system has (tip: I would reboot between trying different ports).
Some notebooks only supply 'power' to one or two USB ports and the rest are passive.
Or, try to get a hold of a 'Y' cable that allows you to plug your enclosure into two USB ports. This should then give the HD enough juice to spin up.
Finally, with the enclosure not plugged in, try to delete/remove all your USB ports (Windows will re-install them, don't worry) and any other Device Manager entries that are directly associated when the drive attached.
Hint: to show any possible Device Manager entries that are associated with the drive that is currently not recognized: go to the Computer Management console by right-clicking on Computer and selecting Manage, select the Device Manager option on the left-hand side and then in the View menu, select 'Show hidden devices'.
Hope one of the above works for you.
Good luck.
