    External graphics and perf loss?

    Anyone with both the Razer Core + Alienware Graphics Amplifier + a desktop 6700K able to test?

    Desktop 6700K+Internal GPU vs Desktop 6700K+Razer Core vs Desktop 6700K+Alienware Graphics Amplifier?

    Disable Turbo, EIST, C1E, Speedstep, biprochot
    Power options-> high performance
    Downclock it to 3.1ghz on all 4 cores ( or 3.2ghz ) just to mimic a 6700HQ/6820HK since these laptops all throttle and give varying results.

    "I have a Thermaltake Core P3 open air case and I had it set up to where I needed a PCIe x16 riser cable to plug the graphics card into the motherboard.. like this
    I reconfigered my tower to plug the card right into the motherboard and DPC latency is gone =)"



    With a graphics amplifier, you have to go through more than just a cable but another machine.
