I bought this enclosure that was discussed before around here, however it doesn't work. I tried to connect it through eSATA/USB cable, through USB cable but the effect is the same. Once I connect the HDD it shows up in Control Panel->Devices and Printers, the properties say device works correctly, however I do not see it in the Windows Explorer. I tried on two laptops. Given, it is CentOS installed on that hard drive but I have to be able to see it from Win7 in order to re-format it.
Do you guys know what's going on? here is the device:

Simply go to Disk Management and choose the drive there to format and partition it as you wish.
Right click on Computer, choose Manage and click on Disk Management on the left-hand side.
