My system is built off the Clevo p775dm3 barebone and is currently equipped with a core i7-7700 CPU and a GTX 1080, of late I have noticed that its crashing on multiple games depending on the CPU and GPU load..I used MSI afterburner to monitor temps and depending on the game the CPU hovers between 90-100 degrees celsius, which is definitely not ideal..

    Things Ive tried:
reinstalling the graphics driver, using display driver uninstaller.
    updating directx.
    scanning for memory errors.
extensive scanning for virus, trojans, malware etc.
clean install of windows 10 on my primary drive.
Thoroughly cleaning the vents and repasting the CPU and GPU using arctic silver 5(pics attached)

None of these seem to have worked, though the repaste has made my GPU run slightly cooler.

Spoke to the guys, they are suggesting a CPU replacement..Alternatively I could also go in for a delid, but not inclined as the system is still under warranty. (CPU warranty separately covered by Intel)

Here is a video highlighting the issue:

Any other suggestions are also welcome.

You really need to delid this desktop CPUs in mobile form factors. I'd be looking to do that otherwise undervolt and underclock.
