    You can really get either. The 667 is going to be a little more expensive. You won't notice much of a difference, looking at a couple of milliseconds or maybe less than that.

    If it came to choice, I would get a reliable 533Mhz brand like Corsair before I would get a budget 667Mhz.

    Deffinatly the 533, the 667 has a higher latency so in day to day stuff it will actually be a little slower.
