    Can someone please provide a step by step modding process of Intel T9900 p-socket processor for the chipset GL40 in Lenovo G450 with pictures or even better a video.....
    In desperate need :/ :( :( :(

    P.S- the laptop model is not required to be the same as lenovo g450.

    Not the same, the socket mod works prior POST, so the system would boot with 1066MHz CPU @800MHz. Sorry @anan.faiyaz my mod pictures are gone as well (imageshack went paid and deleted everything old) :(

    any suggestions on what i can do now :( i already bought the t9900.....if i can provide you with pics of mobo & processor socket , could you just mark out mod connections in a photo editor ....

    And,what do you mean that it works prior POST? ......

    Power-On Self-Test (POST), that's the very first screen you see when you boot, you wont pass it with 1066MHz CPU. Sorry, I can't help you since it was REALLY long time ago and I forgot which pins were, that's why I mentioned the pictures.
