    Acer Switch Alpha 12 is the first. 12" with fanless Core i3-i7, Quad HD screen. I have been wanting fanless Core i machines for so long, I hope to see many more as we move to Kaby Lake, Cannonlake, ect.

    Why? Poor cooling leads to throttled. Fanless= S-L-O-W.

    If you guys bothered to read, it's fanless, but it is liquid cooled. As TDP's go down, we will likely see more fanless designs and designs similar to this. But it is also a ULV CPU and a tablet, so fanless is good in this regard.
