Is there a way I can find out my hard drive specs (brand etc) without opening the bay. In a previous thread I was told I needed to have the same exact HD to run raid 0...I assume that means the same brand as well.

My computer > properties > hardware > device manager > disc drives

Alternatively if that doesn't work you can try using HDtune. :)

You just need the same capacity drive. If the cache or drive speeds are different, it is okay but there will be a performance loss.

That drive you stated is a 320Gb SATA drive from WD, which rotates at 5400rpm.
It is a SATA drive because it has the BEVT in the model information.
BEVE is Western Digital codename for ATA/PATA and BEVT is code name for SATA.
