hey has anyone used this hard drive? how is it in comparison to the seagate 160 7200.2?
The fujitsu's a little bit cheaper and i dont know if the price justifies the buy...

It's cheaper because it probably has a shorter warranty than the seagate. I believe seagates have a 5 year warranty, and the others only 3 or so.
-
so performance-wise they should be the same right?
-
usually, fujitsu tends not to perform as well as the other brands in benchmarks, but i don't think it will be a noticeable difference.....are you from the states? if so, you can get a pretty decent price on the dell (seagate) 160 gb 7200rpm sata 2.5" hd.

I have a fujitsu 160 GB for sale, it performs very well, I think a little less than the hitachi 7k200 200 GB. Tom's hardware has an excellent review on this drive.
