    G.Skill Memory. What's the difference?!

    There appears to be no diference, they are both identical.

    Although the cheaper one seems to be a pc5400, and the more expensive one a pc5300. So theoretically the cheaper one should clock higher.

    To be honest the performance would not be noticably different between all the RAM here, so go with the cheapest

    There's no difference between PC5300 and PC5400 either . . it's simply a numbering issue. The number is calculated by multiplying the clock speed of the RAM by eight, so 667 * 8 = 5336. All depends on how you round . .

    G.Skill is good memory. Notebook RAM is generally the same across the board.

    I just ordered a stick of the 5400 and should get it today. I'm sure it works exactly the same as the 5300.
