    Hello,

Can an Intel GMA 950 drive two external monitors at the same time, one over the DVI-D port and another over the VGA port? (yes, I know that DVI ports often require you to purchase a docking station.)

I need dual monitors, but don't play games or anything like that.

I run an external monitor at 1280x1024 and my E1405 at 1440x900 with no lag at all. I think you would be fine using the GMA to use two 1280X1024 LCD panels.

thanks. I don't think it will be too bad. If I have time before I upgrade/decide not to upgrade, I'll probably install Vista RC1 on my Shuttle XPC with a GMA900 to see how it performs with dual monitors. (It has no lag in XP MCE and even plays StepMania at full settings at 1360x768 and h264 720p movies.)
