    GPU clock speed

    9800gts

    Core Speed * 600 MHz
    Shader Speed * 1500 MHz
    Memory Speed * 800 MHz

    This is a screenshot I took of rivatuner. I haven't touched the speeds at all. How did they get so low? Could rivatuner be wrong? I don't want to change the speeds if rivatuner isn't correct. I've been playing Call of Duty 4 with no problems. I'm trying to play GTA 4 and I'm having some problems. Should I increase the speeds? If rivatuner is correct my speeds are extremely low.

    GPUs are getting smart like CPUs nowadays. They'll downclock when you aren't loading them or solely doing 2D work.
