I have an MD7822U model laptop, that does not have the internal bluetooth in it. What would I have to do to go about adding an internal bluetooth card to my laptop?

Firstly I would consider a small usb adapter. VERY small this one, and works great.

Or if there is a spare pcie connector underneath a removable panel on the bottom, you could fit an internal pcie to bluetooth one. Might only be one pcie connector tho, and filled with your wifi card...

Or fit a pcie to usb/sata adapter instead...

And put that mini usb-bluetooth inside- wire it up. Easy.

Plenty of options, based on your laptop expansion capabilites. + I don't seem to be able to find a users manual for you. So can't accuratly say.

Edit... Perhaps swap your internal wifi card for a combo unit.
