I guess I hardly noticed it before, as I seldomly actually used the disc drive, but in the past week or so I've been fiddling around with RAID and reformatting my pair of hard drives, when I realized how noisy it is. Nothing's wrong, per se; I can read most discs fine (there were a few DVD-Rs that I couldn't read, but those were isolated incidents), but when the drive spins a disc up, the rattling gets a bit irritating. Is there a fix for this? Is there something I can tighten inside the drive to stop the rattling? Thanks.
