Hi I was wondering if anyone on this forum had any experience with glare filters for laptops. I know 3M makes a privacy filter and also glare filters but they are not made for widescreen laptops.

I have found a couple of screen protectors that come with an anti-glare coating but they don't have any anti glare ratings associated with them. So I am thinking the glare reduction is minimal. I know screentek will strip the gloss of a laptop for about a hundred bucks but I was hoping for a cheaper less perminant course of action. Thanks so much for any help.

This site offers a buyers guide for glare filters, but having trouble finding anything that matches up.
