What is the order for most to less laptops sold?

So far I read DELL and HP are the 2 top sellers, then Toshiba, then Acer (almost beating Toshiba!).

Is there a list somewhere that shows all the manufacturers? I searched the internet but could not find anything.. It would be interesting to see where Asus falls in, as I am an Asus fan.

I was just reading about this in the NY times yesterday -

The biggest seller in the US is Dell, shipping around 3.5 million units annually. If you are curious to see the graph of the top three I am attaching the link.

    Dell, HP and Gateway

Acer just recently took the number 3 spot globally, and I wouldn't be to surprised after the Dell battery recall to see HP overtake Dell agian on total sales.

Notebook sales from various manafacturers vary in different parts of the world. For example, Gateway isn't too popular in Asia, but companies such as MSI are hugely popular.

I believe ASUS falls in at about #6 or so.
