Will the Dell heat sink off of an ATi 1300 or nVidia 7300 fit on an nVidia 7900?

If it will fit, will this enable the 7900 to fit in an E1505 if the card originally came out of an E1705?

I've been searching for the answer for days and haven't really found anything other than the stock answer that the 7900 is not going to work in an E1505...but none of the answers say why it will not work.

Thank you very much for any help you can provide.

There is no way it is going to work - the heat from the 7900GS will overpower the 7300 heatsink before Windows even has a chance to finish starting up.
