    It will work with your notebook. It's also not a bad price considering you can pick it up and there's no rebates involved (Instant Gratification).

    Before you buy and you are looking for the best deals you could take a look at the ram deals thread, there are some pretty good deals on memory in there :).

    I have one other question what is the difference between PC5300 and PC25300?

    PC2-5300 is the same as PC5300. It should be called PC2-5300 - the "PC2" donates it is DDR2 RAM. However most places call it PC5300.

    I would say that's a good deal. I've been checking around for RAM now for a couple of months (watching the prices) and it has gone up a bit since last month.
