what are the top temps a CPU, GPU, ACPI can reach while in a load (I mean, playing somewhat demanding games?)

What temps does the components become at RISK if they reach those temps?

what is the average on idle mode temps?

CPU are rated ~100. Max I can reach is ~65. Threshold:~70-80. Idling at ~45-50
GPU are rated ~100 also. Max I can reach is 80. Recommended is 90. Idling at 55

In modern hardware is going to be difficult for the components to overheat as your system will shutdown before this happens.

There are also features like CPU throttling that will throttle the CPU when it reaches a too high temperature.

My CPU has idle temperatures between 35 en 45 ° Celsius but for some reason when under stress it reaches temperatures of 105° and higher but this is just in my case because I think that something is wrong with either my CPU or the way the CPU is being cooled in my notebook.

By undervolting your CPU you can lower the temperatures. Using RMClock to undervolt I managed to keep my CPU between 95 and 100° Celsius which is still very hot but less than the 105° Celsius max temperature. I have ordered the Zalman ZM-NC2000 to keep my laptop cool.

Most graphics cards are good up to 100C, but pushing over 80C is dangerous.
For most intel cpu's, they can also handle up to 100C, but again over 75-80C is quite dangerous.
For most AMD's they are good from 70-80C for the older ones, and some of the newer ones can take 100C.

For harddrives you do not ever want temperatures more than 60C. You will kill your harddrive with prolonged running temps over 55C.

As always running cooler is better, so keep your system clean and check out the undervolting guide in order to help keep your system running cooler and quieter.
