Hey I was wondering if anyone can provide some insight on the flat back stealth skin I got from xotic pc on my sager 9150.

I can only tell this from the skin, but I am wondering if it is better without the skin? Or at least, the skin doesn't make the laptop worse.

    Some observations -

The trackpad feels harder to glide my finger on, it has a papery feeling compared to my old laptop. The skin covers the trackpad. How smooth is the default trackpad with no skin?

The laptop attracts fingerprints and marks like mad. Does the default laptop covering do the same since it's also black?

Would the laptop skin aid in protecting the laptop from liquid/oil damage? For example if I drop a teaspoon of oil on a regular laptop cover I could just wipe it off, would it seep through the laptop skin and damage it? The skin is made out of a high quality vinyl according to xoticpc.

You ordered it and then asked about it?

The basic casing is likely matt so will only show fingerprints slightly, the casing is resistant to most liquids but they will run through gaps or your keyboard easily causing damage, skin or no skin.

Yes I am very cautious to never put liquids on my keyboard part,

anyway my main concern is the glidy-ness of the trackpad. How is the default trackpad in term of glidy-ness?

I was wondering if the vinyl is resistant to as much liquids as the casing? I don't want any liquids to get stuck inbetween the vinyl and the original casing.
