So I finally got my laptop and SSD installed (C300)

Is there anything in Win 7 I should have enabled/disabled to keep the SSD running smoothly?

    Thanks

If you've installed win7 on the SSD it should automatically disable some things.

HAVE A PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE A SSD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well for starters you can disable superfetch if you want as the ssd will be much faster then the optimizations it could do... and if you really want you could turn off indexing as the seek time on the drive for files will be pretty darn fast
