Is there a major difference between these two cards? I ordered a Clevo P170EM and recieved a msg saying they are no longer in stock. I can upgrade to the Sager NP8290 (Clevo P177SM), which comes with a Haswell processor.

I know the 770 is better but I also notice that unlike the 670, the 770 has no 3d mark. What exactly does that mean?

Mobile Graphics Cards - Benchmark List - NotebookCheck.net Tech

the 770 is num 26 and the 670 is num 51

Probably no 3d mark yet since the cards are so new. Same situation happened to a friend of mine who just ordered a sager from a reseller. As long as you paying the same price, it is actually a much better deal, as you are getting newer hardware. The 770 is a better card than the 670

Does that mean the 3d mark will come out on driver update? I hate new cards because they sometimes dont have the drivers for it; I found a driver for the GTX 770 but not the M series, which is for notebooks i believe. I will have to pay 50 dollars for the upgrade but that isnt bad.

Why do you care about 3DMark05? That's almost a decade old by this point.

The 3DMark11 score is what REALLY matters, and by that score I'd say that a 35-40% increase is in order. :p

    It's worth it. :D
