    Will the XFX - ATI Radeon HD 4670 be compatible with the Dell Latitude Premium e6420?

    As in whether you can install it in the Latitude E6420...? If that is the question, then no, because laptop GPUs are typically soldered onto the motherboard. You can't just add a GPU to it.

    No that is a desktop graphics card, laptop cards for the most part are soldered onto the motherboard. The E6420 has the Quadro chip soldered onto the motherboard.

    If you are talking about DIY dock then yes that should work.

    Only a few machines have MXM cards (the laptop version of a graphics card) they are very different to desktop cards also.
