I own a M5550i alienware notebook, and I was wondering if it is possible to replace my current graphics card with a better one or even other parts including memory or any type of internal hardware. Any info and details would be much appreciated.

RAM yes, HDD yes, CPU maybe, GPU maybe Alienware is one of the more likely to be able to do. The first and easiest step is find out if the M550i was offered with better cards. That indicates the possibility maybe, then once you know that and what you have you can look and see, sometimes you can even upgrade to a card that was not offered. But Instead of people starting from scratch, telling us what you have might save us some keystrokes and make it easier to help.

Powerpack's correct on the RAM, HDD, and CPU.

This ebay auction claims that the M5550 (don't know if the M5550i uses the same board) shipped with an MXM2 graphics card:

I don't know what graphics cards are offered in the MXM2 format, though; Nvidia and Wikipedia weren't very helpful.

I'm guessing you can at least get a 7900 or 7950 series card, if you can find one to begin with.
