    I would like to upgrade my HD from 80 gb to the new TOSHIBA MK3252GSX 320GB SATA 5400 RPM 8MB Buffer Mobile Hard Drive Bulk



    Any one knows if this HD is compactible with my laptop ???

    but why not go for a 320gb 7200rpm?? faster and not much more:

    i'd say go for the WD3200BEKT, best combination of speed, heat, vibration and noise.
    The differences between the three however will be quite unnoticable, so I advise you to get whatever you can find cheapest.

    Thank you again, I will probably stick with the 5400... got a great price $ 73 only, for a original Toshiba HD 320gb

    you don't have to buy a toshiba drive. It's not like there are Sony or Dell drives for sale and only those would work in a Sony/Dell.
