    Hey everyone,

I got a new job that has me traveling a lot, so I sold my i5 2500k / HD7970 Desktop and just bought a GS70 Stealth Pro with the 970m.

I've been using a 2560x1600 Dell u3008 with my old rig that I would like to keep. Do you guys think the 970m can handle this resolution at relatively the same FPS as my 7970? From what I've read, the pixel rate is much better on the mobile GPU, so I'm hoping this translates to a similar gaming experience :)

I mostly play games like Archeage, Planetside 2, and Rome II.

You should be fine with those games... As long as it isn't something like Titanfall, GS70 should handle them pretty well... Might need to turn down some details but most probably, this won't be the case...
