Have a new HP Envy 4, like it a lot but the hard drive head parking is causing an annoying click. Anyone know of a decent utility that can help change APM settings?

Does it happen like every 10-20 seconds? It might be a Western Digital drive - they're known for this "feature". It was possible to disable the head parking or increase the time before parking, but it doesn't seem to work anymore on newer drives. I have a couple of older Scorpio Blue drives that I've disabled the parking on, but I could not do it on a newer Scorpio Black... It's designed to be like that.

Since head parking is inherent in modern drives and done automatically, I don't think there are any utilities to do it manually. Is the clicking loud?
