I want to buy an enclosure for my maxtor drive to use as a backup usb drive for my notebook. I am assuming I need a 3.5 enclosure- just want to be sure - width is about 3.75 in and lenght is almost 5.75 in. - is this 3.5 in?

There is one more kind of HDD, the 5.25 inch HDDs. Those are ancient, and rare. I have a 6 GB Bigfoot TX on a desktop at home, its HUGE!
