    HDD not in "Computer"

    I have just fitted a Seagate Momentus 500Gb HDD in position2 of my M17x-R2, It has been recognised in the Bios but I cannot access it in Computer with the other HDD a Toshiba 160 GB Have I fitted the wrong One ? or am i failing to do something.the Toshiba is listed as Sata1 the seagate as Sata 6, and the toshiba as UDMA mode 5 and the Seagate as Mode 6. They are not in Raid and AHCI is selected Advice Please.

    The disk may need to be initialized and formatted, i think. If you are using windows7, right click my computer and select manage, then go to disk management, you should be able to see the drive there.
