So I opened HD Tune today to check the health as usual once in a while. The health status is now in Warning instead of OK because of the Reallocated Event Count. How worried should I be about imminent drive failure?
It's a little disappointing since it's only 1.5 years old, and Fujitsu typically makes reliable drives. But at least the warranty is there through 2012.

Checked the newegg invoice, the drive is only 7.5 months old, not 1.5yrs. -

Personally, I would backup everything on that drive and keep using it til it dies. However, I would definitely keep an eye on both the Reallocation Event Count and the Reallocated Sector Count. The event count indicates the number of times the drive tried, and the sector count indicates the number of sectors actually moved to a spare area on the drive (note: all hard drive capacities are lies). If it stays stable, it's a one-time thing that's not the biggest of problems. If it gets worse, swap it once you get a chance.

Have run tried running hddtune error scan and see if it is a actual hdd error.

I'd second running a battery of tests on the drive if you want to keep using it. The only reason I say it might be possible to keep using the drive is that I've had desktop harddrives throw SMART errors in the past, only to keep working for years once all the bad sectors were remapped and I did a series of zero-fills on it. I've also had drives with zero SMART errors fail for no reason. It's an area where YMMV definitely applies.
Still, if you're not comfortable with a drive that's thrown errors in the past, replace it and put it in an enclosure til it's truly dead. -
Don't "run a battery of tests" until you've got anything important thoroughly backed-up. It may sound stupid, but if the platter is contaminated by anything, it can find its way around the drive under heavy use(including testing...). The only heavy use that drive should see right now is a thorough read, with the output going elsewhere.
My experience of drives with bad-blocks is that they virtually always get worse. Get it RMA'd...

Well, neither a full HD Tune scan nor a complete scan using Lenovo System Toolbox (PC Doctor) revealed any bad sectors. Oddly, after the HD Tune scan (but before Lenovo scan), Current Pending Sector went from 0 to 1, changing it to Warning also.
I think I'll talk to Toshiba/Fujitsu and see if they'll rma it. -
In addition to Reallocated Event Count, what does HD Tune say about Reallocated Sector Count?

CHKDSK found bad sectors in the past but I wipe the drive and the bad sectors have been successfully reallocated (apparently). I know I should have replaced it but I am broke and don't have any money to replace it, not even used one from eBay.
It's funny that in your case, you have count of event/remap operations but not bad sectors while mine is the other way around.
