I have a Sager NP8660. I would like to connect it to my Sony Bravia HDTV via an HDMI cable. When I hook it up, Vista recognizes that I have a second display connected, but my TV is a blank, black screen. The input on the TV is definitely set correctly. I have tried all available resolutions and nothing is fixing it. I also tried all three options Vista gives, using the external as the main, duplicating the screen on both monitors and expanding across both monitors.

Could it be a driver issue? Does anyone know where I would go to update these drivers? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am going to be really bummed if this doesn't work.

    Thanks so much!

*cough* So I am dumb. Apparently you have to use a specific HDMI in port. Who knew mine had 2 more on the back of the TV as well as the one I was trying to use? Oops! Maybe this will help someone else. :)
