Hello all,
Considering a HDX9010NR -- I love the screen. However, I can't quite figure out if I can pop a core2extreme and a 2700HD MXM module in there?
I don't have an issue working on laptops, just need to know if the components are integrated or if I can actually swap them. Also can't seem to figure out if the card is an MXM standard..
Anyone know?

I'm not sure, but i think HD2700 and HD2600XT are the same card with diffrent names, så you dont have to change the GPU on that monster
And you can change the CPU to X7900 if you want to, but i dont see the point of that, them cost ALOT and dont give that much amount of power boost as i understand. -
Theyre close, but not quite the same. Im curious if I'll be able to upgrade to the 2900 or whatever in 6 months. If I get the clevo 910p, I can upgrade whatever I want, but it's a 30lb tank. Trying to figure out if I can upgrade this thing too

I don't believe that the HDX is MXM.

The GPU isn't upgradeable.
And the Clevo D900 is about 12 lbs, the GPU is replaceable but that doesn't mean you could upgrade to whatever you want.
HDX9010NR - CPU/GFX upgradable?
