    So if I deciphered your post correctly, you want to know if you should install the dual heat pipe heatsink with the 2920xm , right?

    I would say yes if you want to make real use of the extreme CPU. I saw a few of them on e.Bay anywhere between ~20 and 90$.

    You want the two heatpipe heatsink in the M18x with the 2920xm. The single pipe cooler will work, but the 2 heatpipe heatsink will be much better at cooling the 2920, especially if you overclock

    I don't have a direct link...but the part you need is the dell alienware HD9NJ 2 heatpipe cooler. You can call up dell and ask them for this part number
