Soooo, i have an m17x-r2 and im getting some GTX460m cards to test with it. problem is that from another user, there seems to be Bios issues. it has been somewhat confirmed that the Bios isnt validating the cards by Chris @ dell, and that Dell has no plans to change the bios( nazi's) so im going to endeavor changing a bios to accommodate the cards. this could help the m15x movement as well since it seems the bios is crippling the 470m cards.
the ROMs are easy to extract from the Bios downloads, but i wonder if these are completed roms. so for the sake of knowing that i have a complete rom, it would be nice if someone could point me to a software that will allow me to dump my bios into a Rom. and then obviously i will need a program to open it, PBE(phoenix Bios Editor wont open the roms i have now, but it may work with complete roms?)
so basically i need some help. i have a spare motherboard if i brick this one, so lets get crackkin!
