Hello guys! I need to make a decision really fast, I bough Noctua NT-H1 today to change thermal paste on my CPU and GPU. I've done it sucsessfully on my CPU but I faced something like this on my GPU (See picture) Should I remove that glue stuff or not?

    any help will be appreciated!

Remove what, the heatsink that protects the GPU and RAM modules from overheating?

I see...I think you should leave the thermal pads on the ram sinks, or else something might not sit flush.

You should really probably replace them, actually, but if you haven't done this before or often, it's probably alright to just leave them for now. Thermal pads deteriorate too, just like paste.
