They probably used ATTO and their absolute best performing density to come up with those max R/W numbers. Your Crystal test looks normal to me nothing out of whack for a 120GB drive. Computer feels much faster right?

Standard fare for a 120 GB drive with a SF-2281 controller and an incompressible data benchmark. Similar reads to what I get with a 240 GB Mushkin Deluxe, writes are higher due to the NAND as well as the controller channels being fully populated.
Also, notice the "up to" part of the read/write speeds advertised. You get those transfer speeds with a fully empty drive with no OS running on it, entirely compressible data, in other words non realistic ideal conditions for any SSD under normal use.
