    HP Battery Check is Completely Inaccurate!

    This is really frustrating! My HP Battery Check gives my 12 volt battery the highest rating, but it just drained 90% in less than an hour!!! How am I going to convince HP sales support that I really have a problem, if the HP Battery Check is completely inaccurate?
